I don't actually have terrible acne, but I get flare-ups from time to time. After hearing rave reviews from friends about this product, I decided to purchase a pack. I've tried this and it seems to work. However, if you're not careful, it will burn your skin. I recommend dripping a little on a cotton swab and applying it to the affected area that way, otherwise you will end up taking too much and soiling your face even more.
