My girlfriend used to complain that her headphones hurt her ears when she sleeps in them. I saw her and bought her. She loves her very much. takes about 3 nights of sleep before dying. They don't make any noise when they die, so if you're fast asleep you won't hear a damn loud beep to wake you up. Much better. I bought a pair for myself and it goes with my cpap mask. So if this is a problem, you need to solve it. These work for me.
