I love the durability of the Fintie cases. All the ones I have have lasted a long time. However, this case is a bit thicker than other cases I believe due to the hinge design. The thickness increases the weight of the iPad. Also, I didn't like that the case rotated when opening the reading lid, because it rotates quite easily. I bought this case hoping I could flip it to portrait mode when reading in bed and not have to hold my iPad. But in portrait mode it was too heavy and could fall behind. I don't know if it will be the same on a hard surface. 🤷‍♀️ I also didn't like that the iPad didn't snap into the case properly. The part that contains the iPad is made of plastic and does not completely cover the iPad. When I adopted the word cas, it really didn't take me much effort to remove it. I wonder if it would ever stay on the iPad if it was ever dropped? I sent it back because of the extra thickness and because it didn't stand up the way I wanted when I read it. Even in landscape mode and in bed, it really doesn't have enough angles to find the one that works best for you. In my opinion he sits too far back at an angle when watching films etc. in bed.
