Another great unique option from SmallRig

I love it when I'm looking through the products available from SmallRig, I stumble upon a product that does something I never knew I wanted to do. This remote control is a great example. I make a lot of videos on YouTube. I'm playing alone while filming, so it's quite difficult to get up, turn on the record and then go back to the camera. Now I can just put this little remote control in my pocket and start recording from the camera while I'm in front of the camera. Sure you could do it with a Sony remote, but that sucker doesn't exactly come cheap! For me it also serves another purpose. I often mount my Sony camera in a fairly large rig. I'm trying to reach the accessory I've attached to my cage. Pressing the record button can be a daunting task. Now I can easily attach this little remote trigger to something like my top handle with the included 1/4 mounting screws. It's a very solid construction and the knob has a nice click. Note that this is limited to Sony cameras with Bluetooth. Connections, and it only serves to start and stop video recording. You cannot take pictures with this remote control. I have no hesitation in recommending this remote control. Note that this limitation is only available for Sony cameras with Bluetooth connectivity and is only for starting and stopping video recording. You cannot take pictures with this remote control.
