I like the product. It took me a while to figure it out, but when I did it worked perfectly. I have 2 problems: There are two bottles in the order. The first bottle worked fine but the second bottle got stuck on one side so only part of the formula came through. I feel like I should be able to file this complaint and get another bottle BUT I have to return the product. Well the first bottle is over, used up and I can return the non-working bottle but the instructions say to keep the bottle upright at all times and I don't know how the post office will handle that. My second problem is the same one that so many people complain about, which is that the directions are difficult and the system seems overly complex. I remembered the phrase "Keep it simple, dumbass". Try two separate bottles and trust your customers can handle it.
