I bought 2 sets of these battery operated candles for my wedding decoration. I hoped and risked that they would hold out throughout the entire wedding, which lasted 7 hours. Not only did they hold the entire wedding, but when we returned from our honeymoon and returned to the location to collect our candles in the middle, the candles were still lit - that was 8 days after the wedding! We were surprised they were still on. Well we didn't turn them off as there were so many of them and we thought they would be turning off soon. So we packed the center pieces into our garage and left, a week later we come back and check the spark plugs to make sure they finally went out, to our surprise they were still on! These things are worth the money, if I ever need battery powered candles I know where to get them again! I forgot to mention that the light they give off is very nice and the flickering of the candle gives a realistic feel. I highly recommend them!
