Poor quality Best in Executive Desk Toys
This is not the best quality. The spool is not fully aligned so the oil droplets end up skipping the level. Also, there is a leak in the seal so lots of random little drips come out instead of a single size drip. After all, the water seems cloudy rather than crystal clear. If you have OCD and try to calm your anxiety, it will only get worse. I will give to my students. You won't mind.
