So I sent the following email to Swanns Customer Service on February 14, 2021. NEVER heard of Swann! I will NEVER recommend these products to anyone. Save money and buy the best camera. We've replaced all of these cameras with ring cameras, even the same accessories (solar panels and mounts) and haven't had any issues with them. Yes, they were more money, but come on, you want to feel safe, right? Failed to send with ZERO stars, 1 star forced. The cameras keep turning off and destroying the sense of security I should have in owning them. Now 2 cameras will not connect at all. We also own solar panels to keep external cameras up to date with their charge. They no longer charge the cameras and we have to climb a ladder to lift them off their brackets and then bring all 3 inside to charge them overnight which again renders them useless as a CCTV system. I am not at all impressed with this brand or the accessories that are made specifically for the camera models I have purchased. Oh, and no goddam charging box included, so I'm done with that. What a waste of money. I bought 6 cameras. The 3 solar panels and external mounts should be secure for 3 months before I have connection issues, charging issues, app issues, the list goes on. Improve all the points mentioned and I might buy an improved system, but for now I'm just done. I will try to return them and luckily I bought 5 cameras with warranty on these famous paperweights. I only have to bear the loss for 1 camera and 3 mounts. Unless of course your company can just take them all back and give me my money back so I can buy a system that actually works as advertised. Such a nefarious company siphoning off people's hard earned money for useless shit. I want my money back and shipping and handling back to Swann.
