When we received the toothbrush it was in excellent condition. I liked that it had music (loud enough to scare my kid) and vibrations and I could switch brush heads. Plus it's absolutely amazing. Now after 1 month the music and vibration suddenly stopped for no reason (changed the battery and still nothing). Even my toddler tries to brush his teeth and ends up with the tip of the brush in his mouth and the pencil in his hands. I paid more for a toothbrush than I would like. I have a feeling it should last longer than a month.
