I missed the return window, otherwise I would have returned it. I've tried several times and other people have tried. This was all for musculoskeletal pain like sacroiliac pain, muscle pain, finger pain etc. It's very loud and once you turn it on you have to unplug it to turn off the fan. It also gets very hot if you use it for too long. The instructions are terrible because they don't talk about how you increase hits per second versus how you increase depth. I found out and wrote my own guide. It's also quite uncomfortable. I've used an actual shock wave that costs over $10,000 and doesn't hurt as much as it does. On the plus side, it caused the finger joint to loosen up for about half a day. So buyers beware.
