I like that it's easy for us HR people from different offices around Florida (we're about 10)to interact via video chat! The user interface could potentially be easier -- but this just takes some practice getting used too-- so don't let concerns you might have prevent yourself trying out other platforms first before deciding what works best or not.

We are able t o conduct interviews remotely through Zoom which has been very beneficial due t our COVID-19 situation we may otherwise would've had difficulty interviewing potential employees who were unable/unwilling travel here locally during these difficult times..
