EDIT: 02/13/20 - After a recent firmware update our printer cartridges have stopped working. The printer displays "Out of Toner - Open Top Cover and Install Toner Cartridge". I'm currently dead in the water with this ink. I replaced the ink on another machine with Brother factory ink and the message has disappeared. I can only assume Brother is trying to limit the available ink for their printers with firmware updates. I was so hopeful and happy when they worked. If you have a firmware update on your Brother printer. Just say no! Many cartridges state that they work with the Brother HL-L3270CDW printer, but reviews show the opposite for him and the 3290CDW. I am happy to report that we have two 3270s and the cartridges work with either. Thanks for a great product!
