August 9th, 2021 Update: This is a must have fan. It doesn't cool the air, but it does help with airflow. When I go to work, the trains/buses are a bit stuffy (the air conditioner is broken), the fan helps circulate the air around me. I have long hair, luckily it didn't get tangled. The noise level is manageable. Battery life is good Reminder: This is a fan only, don't expect the air to be colder than the surrounding area. Add a cool towel and you're done. Last option: Recommend. Initial review: June 15, 2021 Delivered today. 4 stars because: like 7 - 35 business hours. * However, according to the box, the working time is 9 - 18 hours and the charging time is 6 - 9 hours. Note: 6-9 hours to charge is a very long time. The instructions also say that it is not rechargeable and that the battery has no memory function. In short, overcharging batteries shortens battery life. I'll update the review once it's finished loading and I've tested it. Example: 1. My long hair gets caught in the fan.2. noise level3.
