Wow. I've seen well designed toilet brushes in Europe that hang over the bowl so they don't sit in the muddy water. Why is this a difficult concept? Can't find the same thing here, but this was the closest. Ridiculously expensive and it's still rocking the bottom. The brush is kind of soft. Why? Are toilets that fragile? But it actually drains well, doesn't hold much water. So will it be. Not impressed.
