I've never had experience with permanent false lashes. I used false eyelashes regularly and had a lot of trouble with them. It usually took me about 30 minutes to get them right and by the end of the night they always came off near the corner. Plus, they were heavy and caused headaches, not to mention bloodshot eyes. I feel like this product has changed my life. When I first opened it the adhesive remover fell out of the packaging and broke (hell) so I don't know how well THAT works. High quality tweezers, as good as my plucking tweezers. I was able to apply each lash individually to both eyes in less than 20 minutes. I used 5 separate beams for each eye. I was surprised they actually stayed. Instead of applying it above the lash line, I applied it UNDER the lash line, just above the waterline. It made it look more natural and also lifted my normal lashes. I really didn't expect them to actually get stuck overnight, but they did. One fell off two days later. I just used a different one. It lasted about 4 days and only 2 fell off. Not bad for a first time. I could curl them neatly and add some mascara for a dramatic look. I never submerge them in the shower, but I accidentally get them wet and they don't seem hurt at all. I love waking up and looking like I've put on makeup when I'm actually not doing anything. I don't even feel them on my eye and I don't get headaches like false eyelashes usually do. If you are hesitant to buy this product, I would say do it. It's a lot cheaper than getting it done professionally (which I was wanting to do until I saw this on Revain) and you can fix it yourself if it falls off. It's better than going to the salon and paying $50-$150 and they are so easy to care for.
