Short version: They send sizes very different from what you ordered and their customer service is useless. Long Version: Men's belts are 2" - 3" longer than their waist; so if your pant size is 36", buy a 38" belt. But not with the Grip6. According to their rep, their belts are 8" long. 9" longer than regular men's belts. It's funny, however, that it's not a unified metric. I ordered 40" a few years ago (I had a 38" waist) they came in at 45" so I hardly wore them. I like style and I forgot how oversized they are so I gave them Another chance and ordered 38" (I have a 36" waist now) and got a 47" belt. When I emailed the Grip6 they explained the difference in 8-9" and offered to send them me a replacement but in the meantime I could cut and melt the existing belt.I did this in the military.I don't buy any handicraft products here.I buy what as I expect it to be a finished product.Received a few days later I have a look at the new belt, the box didn't list the size, it was a brown that could best be described as the color of feces (not the black I ordered) and the belt didn't even fit my 36" waist. So thank you Grip6 you are for i always done.
