Installing this unit would only take about half an hour if my 2012 Polaris Ranger Crew 800 winch was being handled by more qualified people. The front bumper/grille was held on by only two screws. I spent most of my time fixing the winch setup. Then the bracket was completed with 5 screws, two nuts and a threaded rod. 1/2 hour maximum to do.
