No help from Hunter support

This is a good fan, customer support issue with Hunter. One of the glass lids broke after I turned on the light and it's very hard for me to get help from Hunter. Wrote email with explanation, no response. Called twice, waited over an hour both times, gave up. Third call and finally found a man, told the process and explanations, the guy set everything up for me to get a new cap and then decided it might need to be turned over due to a possible recall issue. Tell me someone will call within 24 hours. It was 7 days ago. Maybe someone from Revain can step in and help.
