Product looked good at first glance. But I've noticed that one corner won't stay completely in place. I would buckle it up again and again. Started to get angry. And finally it burst today. I'm not sure if I got a bad block or if it's more of a defect than just a few bad blocks. Definitely disappointed. ESR usually has great products. All other iPads I own have ESR cases. I've never had problems with others. Only this one was crap. I doubt they'll even replace it considering I've had it for about two weeks. Updated 06/15/20. After contacting the seller my unit was replaced with a new one which now fits. It didn't have the problems found with my first. Your customer service is second to none. I wholeheartedly recommend this case as they back up their product if it has any flaws. Excellent work!
