Let me start by saying that I purchased this printer in April 2021, this review was written in August 2021. This printer sucks and HP's "support" is even worse. The printer says "connected" but when I print it's not actually connected so I have to turn it off and restart it at least twice for it to connect. Then I get random messages saying the encryption credentials have expired. After hours of trying to contact someone at HP about these issues, they first blamed my computer and said the problem was with my operating system and not the printer (I print to non-HP devices with no problems), then it was mine web . , then they stated that they couldn't find the unit's serial number on their system, which they confirmed at the start of the call as it was under warranty. I get these problems every day 3-5 times a day and every time I have to completely reboot the whole system to print 1 page. I print to Ricoh, Brother and Zebra printers with no problem, but this HP is nothing more than a problem. not really. The standard work is a bit cumbersome - I don't like having to install additional scanning applications, for example. And the "bonus 12 months free ink" is a scam to trick you into signing up for their program which is overpriced and not suitable for everyone. In general, the ink for this device is too expensive and the number of pages in the cartridges is too high. not exactly.
