This bench is very well made with high quality materials. All parts were there. Assembly is easy. The screw holes were perfectly aligned with the built-in threaded bushings; Nuts are not required. Includes an Allen key and even an extra screw in case you lose it. The result is a sturdy bench that can support two people and accommodate two rows of shoes. The adjustable feet on the legs ensure the right balance on uneven or sloping floors. Overall a great product. A tip: leave the screws loose until everything is installed, then tighten them. This will ensure that the legs are perpendicular to the shelves.
