I've scoured the internet looking for a trimmer like this but nothing can match its versatility. I use an 18mm comb for long sections of beard, a regular comb for sideburns and a small comb and foil for a trimmed and defined mustache. There is nothing on the market that can combine all of these products - I literally spent hours looking at them. But they have one downside: after about 8 months, the head starts to loosen, and the nozzle vibrates at strange angles and makes a lot of noise. I FIXED IT! See attached picture. Simply take a 1" x 2" piece of tape and place it on the front edge. Make sure half of the product is in the slot of the trimmer head (use the end of the tweezers to push down) and half is outside. You should repeat this 2-5 times, adding a trimmer head each time and see if the problem goes away. This stopped my rotation and drastically dampened the sound in 3 bands. All the trimmer needs is a little friction (through tape) to fix its one flaw. LONG LIVE 5100 MULTIGROOM!
