I've done probably a few hundred hours of underwater video with big cameras and recently switched to a GoPro. I bought these filters because I used to use an external glass filter for my GoPro underwater footage and it kind of cracked when getting in or out of the water. I liked that this filter was inside and therefore safe. I used it on a diving trip to Cozumel, Mexico and the color grading with the magenta filter was great. However, it was sometimes a problem to place it with these tabs. Sometimes they matched perfectly, but sometimes they didn't match and caused edge distortion, a kind of vignetting, and also did not completely cover the uncorrected corner. It also seemed that even if you position it perfectly for the second dive, it gets a bit of fog and warping, creating the conditions described above. If you do a few dives on a boat and the GoPro's batteries don't last long, you'll have to open the case to change the batteries, which is likely to cause the "fogging" and distortion. In general, for infrequent use - "OK". As I said, the color correction was perfect, but the usability wasn't. I'll go back to glass filters and just be more careful.
