This duo from Owlet Dream helps me and my husband sleep better. When we first brought our baby home from the hospital, we spent many sleepless nights waking up every few minutes to check his breathing. This sock gives us a sense of security as it monitors our child's oxygen levels, heart rate, movements and wakefulness. This model differs from smart socks in that it tracks our daughters' sleep and not just her oxygen levels and heart rate. We use the app to monitor these health categories. The sock is easy to charge and comes with a charging station. The sock holds a charge all night. The camera works great and connects to the app. It has decent picture quality and we can talk to our baby through the speaker. Overall we are very satisfied with the Dream Duo.
