Due to sizing issues, this is my third time ordering a jacket. Please note that all these jackets run small before placing an order. If the third one doesn't fit, I'll buy another brand no matter how much I like the jacket. I have never dealt with a company that was so rude in terms of size. Emails back and forth and the company still hasn't resolved the issue for me. I'm guessing they don't value all customers, just a handful that they seem intent on helping. Another company that wants money but has the worst customer service skills I've ever seen might not be interested in fixing the problem for you or helping you with the problem even though they have their own product that solves the problem Has. The QC sticker on the jacket saying it was market approved, buttons were missing or damaged, quite sad considering you ask about these jackets and your QC department I would replace them if I would be you
