I received and installed four posts and when I was done I noticed that one (bottom right of photo) was tilted down. Upon closer inspection, I noticed that the downward-sloping one had a straight backplate, while the other three had curved backplates so that one leans down after installation. I had no idea which of these was right and which was wrong. I sent the photos to the manufacturer and assumed I'd get a replacement or three. I got one and it also had a straight back plate so that didn't solve the problem and now I have an extra useless piece in my drawer. They need better quality control on the backplate. They should all be straight or curved for a consistent look after installation.
