Sooooo full and cute! I also like that it is adjustable.
My 4 year old daughter wore it to a dance concert this year and I'm glad it will definitely fit her next year and maybe the year after!
Pros
- I just loved watching my gorgeous niece twirl around in her new tutu!!!
Cons
- The materials are terrible. Crawling at the seams and my daughter didn't even put it on.
