Pretty but Wobbly Best in Office & School Supplies
It doesn't spin well and wobbles because the "pinwheel" under the base isn't as wide as the base. It's hard to tell from the pictures they used to display it, but on the one hand it has a place to put bigger and taller things, but due to its shakiness, those items always tip over or fall out. I bought it because it was on sale and I needed it, but don't worry you have to use 2 hands to use it.
