It was such a fun bomb! The color began to appear immediately and darkened fairly quickly (see video). The color dissipated faster than the white cloud and this took about 7 minutes. He swam well and left nice rainbow stripes. At the end the water was smoky purple. I wish the cute face was actually on it and not just on the packaging, but it'll probably dissipate quickly anyway. After draining and rinsing the tub, there was no paint or residue left. The smell of dry bombs is very strong. I smelled him as he walked around the room I left her in. At least a pleasant smell. However, it is not overwhelming in the bath or on the skin. They are really fun and different and I would recommend them as a gift or for a special occasion.
