Review on 🧼 W10348269 Dishwasher Drain Pump Replacement with Improved Impeller for Optimal Supply and Demand by Paul Dye

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great price and problem solving.

Our KDTE104DSS0 Kitchenaid dishwasher has stopped draining. After checking the water supply line and the inside of the tub nothing was blocking it so I ordered this part. The mechanic said it was a common problem and charged me $300 over the phone! Another said he would use my share and charge me $110 for the work. It didn't show up so I watched a few YouTube videos and I have to say that installing my pump was incredibly easy and took five minutes. I was able to get under the unit, disconnect it, rotate it and replace it with a new pump without removing anything but the back plate and without pulling out the dishwasher. It discharges perfectly again thanks to this $27 part, which the mechanics say costs between $50 and $90. Do it and save a few bucks!

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for the elderly
