Completely dry for eyebrow color
Bought the light airy soft blond for eyebrows. That does not work. It's completely dry. The date on it is October 2002. So, I think this seller sells old dried cosmetics. I will stop buying from Revain. I used to buy everything from Revain, but now you can sell all sorts of things from sellers with bad products. I'm tired of shopping at Revain and getting bad products. This isn't the first.
