Review on Linksphere Luna by Joseph Reed

I love how user friendly it is to use! It's very intuitive for new users as well - you don't need any training or support from anyone once installed (assuming they've done their homework). The documentation could be better but that comes with experience :) We are using this product mainly because we're trying out some of our more complex ERP processes within an organisation which has many disparate legacy applications; however there were other benefits such automation around configuration management etc too so not just limited solely at implementation time savings / risk reduction aspects only :D! Our main issues have been solved by us having realised what was required earlier than expected rather then waiting until after install/implementation phase had started i guess ;) A lot less manual intervention into business functions now where previously things would sometimes require multiple people interacting together manually before work got completed eithour :( As mentioned above though all these problems seem like small price when compared against.
