I bought this watch to better control my health due to high blood pressure and sleep apnea. Even if it is not mentioned in the product description, I was very happy to learn that the watch measures SpO2! Despite the disadvantages I list below, I find the watch very useful and worth the price. Benefits: measures heart rate, SpO2 and blood pressure; sleep tracking, various sports (including my favorite, table tennis); weather services, stopwatch, alarm clock; waterproof IP68; good battery life and charging time; easy to change settings; very bright display. Cons: Display turns off too quickly and doesn't return to health monitor like heart rate/spO2 after turning off; The CT Fit app is required to change settings such as 12/24 hour time, imperial/metric units, C/F temperature, hours of the day for specific settings; Some features require connection to a phone running an application in the background, e.g. B. GPS, alarm clock; the application does not show spO2 on the graph; potentially invasive application permissions; can not make phone calls, such as B. 911.
