Review on πŸ‘§ Apagard Apa-Kids 60g - The First Nanohydroxyapatite Remineralizing Toothpaste for Children by Damien Holland

Subtle clean taste in oral care products

Dental products with mint and cinnamon are too strong and sting in the mouth, and children's flavors are often too sweet or leave a strange aftertaste. This toothpaste has a very subtle flavor - the manufacturer's website lists the flavor as "lemonade", which is very different from American soda in the rest of the world, more like lemon sparkling water. For those used to highly scented foods, it may take some time to get used to. Personally, I think it has just enough citrus to feel refreshing without being overwhelming. I was also interested in the supposed remineralizing effect of this toothpaste, but I think you have to use it for 60-90 days to notice a difference. I've had this for a little less than a month. I have a few thin patches on my teeth that are lightly sealed - at least I think so, but it could also be my imagination. At least I haven't seen a drop. In the worst case, it is no worse than ordinary toothpaste. It also helps a bit with my tooth sensitivity, so maybe it will help after all. Gives a nice clean lather and rinses off easily. Sometimes I can use my old Sensadyne toothpaste if I need to desensitize my teeth a bit, but in all other aspects I prefer this Sensadyne toothpaste. I just wish you got a little more bang for your buck, otherwise it would be 5 stars. But honestly, this is a kid's toothpaste.
