I usually buy sports bras over swim trunks because I like the extra support. The material of this top is a little more cotton-like than I was hoping for, but it still makes a really great swimsuit, and with a cute tie tie, no one will suspect it's not a swimsuit. I have 34 C/D and would give him solid medium support. For reference, I'm 5ft 8in, about 150lbs, and I bought a medium size. Fits as expected as others have mentioned. I could probably go up a size and get a little more coverage, but I'm happy with my normal size. Overall I am very happy with this purchase and would buy again in more colors!
