Really good chair. The back pillow is not really the best
It’s somewhat easy to assemble it took me a minute to find the manual to build it but I already knew what I first needed to build so it wasn’t that bad, I was confused on what to do with the back pillow but when I finall was able to put it on it was too thick for my back and hurt having it there. The head pillow is decent just a little to thick as well, but I’m sure I can just take some out to make it less thick. I recommend spraying some wd-40 on some of the pieces so that it doesn’t squeak. Other than that I recommend this chair for the price it is. The customer service was great so I’m giving this a 5 now instead of a 4 star
