I weighed 482 at the doctor's. On this scale it was 477. When I lost weight, the weight was equal to my gym. It was a good indication of where I was. At 482, who will argue over 5 pounds? You are in big trouble. No pun. But now it reads 403 the same as the inbody scale. Good luck with your weight loss. I know it's difficult. One Step One Day One Pound at a Time.
