Cute and comfortable in my opinion.
My 3 year old niece is addicted to dinosaurs and wanted to wear this dress as soon as she got it for her birthday. I bought her a 3T and it was the right size. Her parents loved that the "tag" around her neck was a clear sticker that peeled off instantly so she wouldn't itch all day while wearing it. The colors are bright as shown in the ad.
