bags themselves are ok and as described but crappy straps completely ruined this purchase for me. The description of this product states that it is double sided AND has a 360 degree hanger. To me, that means the hanger can rotate 360 degrees like most cheap metal hangers do. Because of this feature, I chose it and not other similar products. But no, the hanger is firmly welded to both parts. To make matters worse, a bracket is welded to one of the pockets at a 45-degree angle. So it is neither parallel (for a closet) nor perpendicular (for a door) to the bag, and when hung like this, the bag is misaligned and takes up as much space in the closet as several thick coats. However, I tried to fix the 45 degree gimbal by bending it to the right angle. Now I've managed to align it, but the shape isn't perfectly round anymore. I wasn't able to fully assemble it in the correct position. Although I've improved it a bit, it still doesn't hang properly and we don't need to craft the product again to make it work as intended! But wait, that's not all! The other bag has the shackle at least in line with the bag, but the metal bar of the shackle is completely covered with rust. I don't know if it was stored incorrectly or if it was used and sent back, but it looks and feels disgusting. The two pieces together look and feel like cheap junk and I can't get UPS to ship them back. Waste of money and time, not recommended.
