Reference: I'm 46 years old, 5'6", 117 pounds, 34 grams. I bought a small and an XS, the small definitely fit, well I didn't try on the XS so I liked this suit but not enough to let it stand, I didn't like that the black stripe doesn't go all the way to the back and if you look closely at the photo you can see the hem of the shelf. I tried moving it and removing the cups (I always do) but it still had a line on it that I didn't like. It's a great suit but I liked the other ones better so i sent it back.hope that helps.
