I have a new job where I sit in front of a computer screen 7 hours a day, if not more. Thought it would help protect my eye from wear and tear. I haven't been to work since I got the glasses (I've been out of the house for a week) but I decided to put them on while checking my phone. I think it helped. I've noticed that my eyes feel different. Didn't know I had a problem until I wore them every night for 4 nights. Even if they don't really do anything to my eyes. My husband is very turned on by them and we end up re-enacting scenes with naughty teachers. For that I give them 5 stars. Plus what they were designed for 😜
