Okay I think
I bought a size 5.5 for my 21 lb 16 month old son which fits great in Carter's size 5 boots. These adidas don't count how round the baby's legs are from the top. Even if he only wears them for 15 minutes, when I take off his adidas there is a big red spot on the tip of his toes. Also, they fit snugly on the toes. I'm glad I didn't buy a size 5 otherwise it wouldn't fit.
