The item itself is good, appears to be relatively well made. Problem with the charging port. The opening in the case around the charging port (easily) prevented any USB-C cable we tried to connect from being plugged in. This prevents the cable from being fully connected unless you push it in firmly or lift your finger on the edge of the case that's blocking the charging cable. Really annoying and it had to be something for this company's QA people to find out and fix before production started.
