Two wire gauge sockets for one

I would have preferred this twin socket to have a larger gauge wire. Wire gauge fits an outlet. The description does not mention the thickness of the wire and the picture is misleading to show large, swollen wires. My fault for not checking it out. I didn't find the spade connector on the red wire useful and can't imagine how it would work in most applications. It is not difficult to replace, but why the manufacturer chose this particular terminal is not clear to me.

Pros

UPDATE: Motorcycles don't typically have a cigarette lighter socket. With this outlet you can add a handy multifunctional charger and charge multiple items at the same time!
