I needed something comfortable and thin to wear under my work shirt and these work out just fine for me. Also very comfortable to sleep in and I imagine they'd be practical when hitting up the gym. Dont expect much and you'll prob won't be dissatisfied. Like I said. They are really thin and not something I personally feel comfortable leaving the house in.6'2" 175. Medium fit perfectly.
