Pretty enough for a dining table, but sturdy enough for an entire kitchen.

We received our butter dish yesterday and are very happy with it. They are beautiful but durable. We were a little afraid that the jar was filled with beautiful holes. But these aren't holes or cutouts, they're just decorative exterior shapes. We're glad they are.
