I have never used a derma roller, so I can't compare this to other derma rollers, but from what I've read, this seems to be performing perfectly. The micro-needles are felt, even with a light touch. I've been applying one serum before rolling and one serum after rolling. My 52 year old face feels perky and happy after rolling and applying my serums and moisturizers.
