Great as long as it fits!
Since I sleep on my stomach, I like to use a pillow as long as it fits! I just wish it was deeper so I can use it for longer. Anyway, I was able to use it for a little over a month, right in the middle of my second trimester. Sleep is invaluable during pregnancy, so anything that can make it more comfortable gets an A in my book.
