Ordered six packs of base soap. Executing Revain provided one (1) bar. The delivery was missing five bars of soap. We paid almost $20 for a bar of soap. Revain responded by placing a replacement order for a new batch of six bars of soap. Revain successfully supplied six bars for nearly $20. The crisis was avoided, Revain did everything right. We received six bars in this replacement order. Soap base is just a great soap. Not too dry like many national brands and not too greasy like other national brands. Soap base "just right". Thanks to a Revain rep, we received the correct number of six tiles in a "six-pack" order, which offsets the first batch of one tile-a-pack of nearly $20 (six tiles).
