We had to keep resizing; two sizes too big and still doesn't fit! The neck part is too tight; My baby said it's too tight! It has thick insulation so it's definitely warm and I also like the moisture resistant material on the outside but it gets in the way of my kids feet. Too tight. The third size doesn't make sense anymore because of the foot size, which is why we later dropped it. You should make the neck less tight! That's the only thing
